Take the time to stop by for travel information and tips. Yukon Visitor Information Centres are open seven days a week during the peak season from early May until late September. The main centre in Whitehorse is open year round.
Visitor Information Centre Summer Hours
In Whitehorse, Watson Lake, Haines Junction, Dawson City, Carcross and Beaver Creek
May 5 – 12: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
May 13 – Sept 15: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sept 16 – 23: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Whitehorse Visitor Information Centre only Winter Hours
Sept 24 – May 4: Mon. to Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed during noon hour.
Visitor Information Centres in Carmacks, Faro, Keno City, Mayo, Stewart Crossing, Teslin and Old Crow operate from mid-May until mid-September. Opening hours vary.
