A community event staged by Yukon Educational Theatre to mark the Spring Equinox. This annual ritual is a way to help Yukoners celebrate the end of the winter and renew their spirits in time for spring.
Join the torch-lit and lantern procession from 8:30-11:30pm, led by a giant effigy of the Winter Blues, along the banks of the Yukon River to Robert Service Campground. Participants are encouraged to burn of symbolic items in a giant bonfire at campground.
