The Yukon is home to more than 160,000 caribou, 70,000 moose, 22,000 mountain sheep, 6,000 grizzly bears and 220 species of birds… and 34,000 humans.
This four day culinary festival takes place throughout the Yukon and highlights the flavours and culinary traditions of the Pacific Northwest region.
Featuring culinary talent both from the territory and abroad visitors will learn how local foods are harvested/produced, how local dishes are prepared, and of course, how they taste!
Events will include cooking demonstrations, foraging walks, farm tours and dine out opportunities.
