Dip your feet in the Dezadeash River and take in the sight of the St. Elias Mountains as you dance under the midnight sun to the tune of all-northern musicians. Take a breath and relax with the soothing sounds of local talent, play in the grass with the kids, or dance till you can’t anymore to some of the best rock and roll acts around. The Alsek Music Festival has it all.
The festival features three different stages, a kid zone, local arts and craft and northern food. Relax in the sun all day or take in the variety of nature tours and interpretive centres that Haines Junction has to offer. Then take a load off at the evening adult dances with fresh local brew in the beer garden. A hospitality shuttle to Pine Lake Campground will run from 8pm-3am.
A favourite among locals and the summer festival kick – off, the Alsek Music Festival is a must.
