Day Trips

You can fit a lot into a Yukon day. Or maybe it's all the things you aren't doing that make a Yukon experience so memorable. The natural highs of a Yukon adventure aren't limited to those with time for a longer vacation. Depending on how long you're staying, choose an exhilarating Yukon day trip to round out your itinerary.

Perhaps you're here on business or attending a conference, or maybe you're just passing through. Our Yukon operators offer a year-round smorgasbord of day trips, from action-packed adventure outings to cultural experiences to a relaxing tour of local attractions. Many offer custom tours and half-day options.

Summer Sights

From a flightseeing tour at dawn to an evening round of golf under the midnight sun, our long summer days squeeze in more than you can imagine. In a day you can raft the Tatshenshini River or paddle the Yukon River. Tour the Klondike gold fields and take in a music festival. Spend a day being guided through art galleries and historic attractions before dining on flavourful northern dishes.

Winter Wonders

Meet a friendly team of Yukon huskies, try ice fishing, and spend your evening watching for the northern lights. Tour our museums and cultural attractions, and hang out with locals at a café. You'll love the pace of the Yukon in winter.
