Il y a plus de 40 terrains de camping gérés par le gouvernement et chacun comprend des emplacements pour les feux de camp, des tables de pique-nique, des toilettes extérieures, du bois à brûler et une pompe à la main pour l’eau potable. Plusieurs terrains de caravaning et de camping privés offrent d’autres commodités, y compris des douches, l’élimination des déchets et l’accès à Internet.

Keno City Campground

The campground is operated by the Keno Community Club. It is located at the edge of town on Lightning Creek. Across the Creek is Sourdough Hill, you can walk across the bridge at the campground and walk up Sourdough Hill. There are hiking trails in the area, get a map at Keno Mining Museum. The Museum also has a brochure for a Walking Tour of the town. Keno is the second smallest town North of 60. You can park at the campground and easily walk two blocks to the Museum. The Museum comprises three buildings and the Walking Tour which will also show you our historic buildings.
The campground has twelve sites, firewood and water available. It has a screened in Gazebo which has a wood stove and a few picnic tables. Pets welcome. Showers and Laundromat are located downtown in a building beside the Recreation Centre.

McIntyre Park/Campground

The McIntyre Park Campground is located on the shore of the Mayo River, north-west of the town site of Mayo. This Campground is operated by the Municipality. Camping is free. When traveling from Stewart Crossing, this campground can be accessed by turning right from the Silver Trail Highway approx. 100 meters prior to passing over the Mayo River Bridge. The campground has 5 campsites with fire pits and picnic tables. Wood is provided. There is also a gazebo in the centre of the campground. Two outhouses are located near the Gazebo. There is no drinking water at this campground. However, tourists/visitors can fill their 5 gallon water containers or water tanks in their campers at the Village of Mayo Offices during regular working hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-noon and 1-5 pm).
Campers using Mayo River water are advised to boil their water for 5 minutes before use.
This campground is suitable for tenting, as well as small and medium size campers.
Try your luck at fishing in the Mayo River! Fishing licences are available at the office of the Mayo Conservation Officer and at the Mayo Liquor Store, both located in the Yukon Territorial Government Building at 18 Centre Street.

John Connolly Campground and RV Park

While located almost in middle of the Town of Faro the John Connolly Municipal Campground offers visitors a wilderness experience that you will never forget. Once you drive into the park you will totally forget that you are in the middle of Town. The very well preserved and maintained treed park with very private sites will make you feel that you are somewhere in the middle of the wilderness.

John Connolly R.V. Park is a unique wilderness facility right in the centre of Town. The campground offers washrooms, showers and laundry facilities. The camp sites have full hook-ups; fire pits and free fire wood. A R.V. dump station is also available.

It is one of the beautiful, cleanest and peaceful R.V. parks that we have ever seen” are the comments that we hear repeatedly from our guests. We are confident you will feel the same once you visit us!

Discovery Yukon Lodgings RV Park

Discovery Yukon has some of the finest RV facilities and tent camping sites in the Yukon. Choices range from tent sites on the soft lush grass around our pond, to those at the outer edges of the property for campers who like their privacy. All tent sites are provided with picnic tables. Gordon Park Campground

The Gordon Park Campground is located at the westerly end of Sixth Avenue and is operated by the Municipality. Camping is free. When traveling from Stewart Crossing, this campground can also be accessed by turning right onto the Mayo River Dike Road from the Silver Trail Highway 400 meters after passing over the Mayo River Bridge. Follow the Mayo River Dike Road for 1km, then turn left into Gordon Park. The campground has 10 campsites with fire pits and picnic tables. Wood is provided. There is an outhouse in the campground. No drinking water is available at this campground. However, campers can fill their 5 gallon water containers or water tanks in their campers at the Village of Mayo Offices during regular working hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-12 noon and 1- 5 pm).

This campground is suitable for tenting and small campers.
