The Chan family has been serving up traditional Chinese-style dishes to the residents of Whitehorse for over 100 years, but Alex has always dreamt of a life outside the kitchen. After he got his first camera in High School, he was instantly hooked. Alex now holds a degree in filmmaking and while he might not have his handprints on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, he has cemented himself in history with a revolutionary take on set lighting.
