On Day 1, you’ll be introduced to the basics of mushing dogs and taking care of them before venturing into Yukon’s backcountry on our expedition. Experience mushing your team across stunning alpine lakes and valleys and enjoy evenings beside a warm campfire, learning about dog sledding history, geology of the glacial landscape and winter survival. In Yukon’s backcountry, there is a good chance of seeing bison and other wildlife, as well as northern lights. This journey will give you a taste for Yukon’s wilderness, and leave you wanting more!
