Let us take you out for an ice fishing adventure on one of the beautiful lakes in the Whitehorse area. The Yukon is the Land of Plenty when it comes to rivers and lakes. The choices are endless and the fishing is excellent.
We will pick you up at your hotel and depart for our tour. After a short drive, we arrive at our tour base where your guide will set you up for fishing fun. With the help of an ice-auger, we will drill a hole in the ice. The ice on a lake can be from 30 cm to 1 m thick! Using an ice fishing rod and bait, you can catch Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, or Arctic Grayling. For everybody’s comfort, we will get a fire going and pass hot drinks around. Take a look around and enjoy the beauty of a winter’s day while waiting for the big catch!
