This 3 hour adventure starts with us picking you up from your hotel in downtown Whitehorse and taking the scenic 30 minute drive on the Alaska Highway to the Fat Horse Ranch! Once here, you will get introduced to our lovely horses and get some pictures. A classic wall tent with toast wood stove is nearby with hot drinks to warm up with before hoping on the sleigh. Our horses will then pull you on a 30 minute tour of the ranch with stunning views of the Ibex valley. After the ride, we head back to the wall tent to enjoy a campfire lunch cooked over an open fire followed by delicious local treats. Your guides, long time Yukoners Neil or Cliff, can share their years of experience working in the Yukon wilderness as outfitters, guides, horsemen, trappers, and bush pilots. Once you’re full of food and stories, our shuttle will take you back to your hotel to enjoy the rest of your stay in Whitehorse.
