Pine Lake Campground
Road accessible Yukon Government campground in the Kluane region.
Popular campground and day-use area close to Haines Junction.
Has an excellent view of the Kluane and St. Elias Mountains.
Southern Tutchone name Tsí Män means “red ochre lake,” after the red rock on Paint Mountain.
Sandy beach has a unsupervised swimming platform.
Has a short wheelchair-accessible interpretive boardwalk along the lake and a footpath extending to Pine Creek (Tsí Chuaa). Great for birding.
Access to the day-use area and boat launch remains open and ploughed during the winter. Ski trails and an ice rink are often maintained by local volunteers.
